Tessa is a character in The Testaments.
Story
Tessa worked in Lydia's legal office as a receptionist. The day that women's credit cards were cancelled, armed men stormed into the office. As a slightly older unmarried woman, Tessa was scheduled to have an arranged marriage to a low-ranking man[citation needed].
