Greer Ladestro is an unseen character in the TV series. She is a Handmaid who, at some point in her enslavement, records her story on a letter for Mayday.
In the Present[]
June is tasked by Alma with recovering a package from Jezebel's for Mayday. Although she initially fails to get the package, a butcher working for the resistance eventually passes the package on to her.[1]
When June opens it, it contains a large number of letters written in secrecy by Handmaids. Greer is the author of one of these letters, in which she reveals her name, that she was a third-year medical student at the University of Michigan, and that she believes she is in Boston. She closes the letter by asking repeatedly for help.[2]
