Eun Jung Park is an unseen character in the TV series. She is a Martha who, at some point in her enslavement, records her story on a letter for Mayday.

June is tasked by Alma with recovering a package from Jezebel's for Mayday. Although she initially fails to get the package, a butcher working for the resistance eventually passes the package on to her.[1]
When June opens it, it contains a large number of letters written in secrecy by various women. Park is the author of one of these letters, in which she reveals her name, that she had a mother and two sisters, used to work at Forever 21 and is currently serving as a Martha now. Her letter is read by Erin during Commander Fred's diplomacy mission in Canada.[2]
